Shortly after snagging a swanky condo in New York City for $14.6 million, Mike Myers, the actor known for his starring role in the Austin Powers series, listed the apartment for $15 million. Less than a month later, he's found a buyer for the Tribeca residence, Luxury Listings reports.
It's currently under contract for an undisclosed sale price.
Myers and his wife Kelly Tisdale paid slightly more than the asking price of $14.25 million for the 4,241-square-foot, four-bedroom residence located in the landmarked, restored building at 443 Greenwich St.
Designed by CetraRuddy Architects, the loft-style apartment, with high ceilings and an open kitchen, is lined with reclaimed wood and wide plank white-oak floors, and is finished with marble and stainless steel accents.
Myers and Tisdale have direct access to a key-locked elevator, as well as to a plethora of amenities, such as a 71-foot indoor lap pool, a fitness center with private studios, a climate controlled wine cellar, an underground parking garage, a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck, and a 24-hour concierge service, among many other exclusivities, according the property website.
