Above Los Angeles’ landmarked Eastern Columbia building, a collection of five extravagant condominiums belonging to Johnny Depp were recently put up for sale for $12.78 million. Just shortly after being listed on the market, one unit has already sold for $2.545 million, Nick Segal of Partners Trust confirmed.
At 2,500 square feet, the sold property is the largest of the actor’s apartments, with two bedrooms, three baths, a galley-style kitchen, and a private terrace overlooking the city. The five collective Art Deco-style apartments make up 11,500 square feet.
The remaining residences for sale are three two-bedrooms and one one-bedroom penthouse, with private terraces throughout.
Built in the 1930s, the apartments were renovated in 2007, shortly before Depp purchased the property for $7.2 million.
