The first Fendi Château Residences is projected to open in Surfside, Florida, on Sept. 30, 2016. In collaboration with real estate developer Château Group and architecture firm Arquitectonica, this will be Fendi's first foray into the U.S. real estate market.

Fendi Château Attaché, will be providing five-star white glove concierge services, offering the ultimate Fendi Château experience for residents.
