One Ocean South Beach is composed of two mid-rise towers, offering three- to five-bedroom residences, all with expansive floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, and private elevators. The development was designed by Mexican architect Enrique Norten of TEN Arquitectos, whose modernist style is characteristic of his outstanding work around the world.
The dinner also served as an opportunity to unveil special site-specific commissions by Argentine artist Pablo Siquier and Cuban artist José Bedia, both who attended the event, as well as terrazzo floors by renowned artist Michele Oka Doner. One Ocean takes pride in its design and artistic contributions as, besides exclusive artwork, it boasts an outdoor area with ornamental features by Bedia, an exterior clubhouse by interior designer Yabu Pushelburg, and an Enzo Enea-designed infinity pool.
