Uma Thurman’s NYC Duplex Is up for Grabs

Hollywood actress and star of films like Kill Bill: Volume 1 & 2, Be Cool and My Super Ex-Girlfriend, Uma Thurman has a killer pad in downtown Manhattan that she recently put on the market for $6.25 million.

The 2,800-square-foot apartment is a duplex with five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms.

Located near Gramercy Park in a pre-war-style building with a brick and limestone façade, the home many would consider to die for, boasts materials such as marble and Herringbone dark wood, oversized windows, and French doors that lead to a balcony.

The master bedroom, which can be found on the second floor, has a bathroom equipped with a Carrara marble double vanity and Calacatta marble floors that are heated. In the chef’s kitchen, there are custom-made Italian Molteni cabinets, counters constructed with Namibian marble, and an island made from black walnut.

The home, which the Golden Globe Award-winning actress is prepared to part with, also features open dining and living areas, several walk-in closets, a library, a Turkish hammam steam shower, and views of the surrounding neighborhood, as well as access to the gated and highly coveted and exclusive Gramercy Park.

The 46-year-old mother of three is said to own various other pieces of real estate, including a property in New York City for which she spent $10 million in 2013.
