The lobby features aged limestone flooring, a concierge desk made from reclaimed walnut, a slatted walnut ceiling, a garden wall, and an integrated water feature.
Citizen360, which is located on the Upper East Side in the Yorkville neighborhood and is in close proximity to well-known parks, museums, galleries, hospitals, and some of New York City’s most coveted private schools, offers residents access to amenities such as a fitness center with a yoga studio, an entertainment suite, a screening room, a private lounge, a multimedia studio, an art studio, a children’s playroom, and a catering kitchen, while also providing a 24-hour doorman, bicycle storage, and on-site automated parking.
