The DJ and producer known as David Guetta is not only pretty popular on the club scene, but he’s also a household name. He’s packed arenas with his DJ sets and topped the charts with his hit records that have featured the likes of Usher, Nicki Minaj, and Rihanna. Talent and hard work have, of course, afforded Guetta much success, and also a really, really nice pad.
According to the New York Post, David Guetta’s recently purchased penthouse in Miami’s GranParaiso tower is both “stunning” and “roomy.” The two-floor apartment was designed specifically for the jet-setting DJ/producer by architect and designer, Piero Lissoni.
The price of the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom home with private elevator access and floor-to-ceiling glass windows is currently unavailable.
There’s 2,472 square feet of space throughout the first floor’s interior, with an additional 430 square feet of outdoor space that includes a terrace. Also on the first floor is a spacious master bedroom suite, a double-volume foyer, a great room, and an open kitchen. With a 2,130-square-foot roof terrace featuring a spacious roof top terrace, a private pool, a summer kitchen, and a sunning deck, the second floor has almost as much outdoor space as the first floor holds indoor space.
The GranParaiso tower––which will have all-star athletes like Alex Rodriguez and NBA baller Manu Ginobili as residents––offers amenities like a pool, a pool deck, a tennis court, a fitness center, a movie theater, a bowling alley, a spa, a yoga room, and multiple lounge rooms, among other things. Still under construction, the tower is slated to be ready by the fall of 2016.
