The most expensive property on Long Island’s North Shore is now up for grabs, and it of course comes with a hefty price tag.
Located on close to 10 acres of waterfront property in the Kings Point area, this elite estate is on the market for $100 million. Within a 30-mile distance of New York City, it’s comprised of a turreted stone, European-style main home and two guesthouses that altogether combine for 60,000 square feet of living space.
Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Diane Polland is the listing agent for the magnificent mega mansion that features interiors decorated with Gemstones such as agate, lapis, malachite, and onyx, along with 13 bedrooms, 35 bathrooms, multiple indoor pools, a ballroom, a racquetball and tennis court, a gym, saunas, steam rooms, spa treatment rooms, a wine vault, a tasting room, a hair salon, a casino room, a bowling alley, a shooting range, two-story doll house, and Peterhof Grand Palace-inspired fountains.
According to The Wall Street Journal, the current owners, who have yet to be unveiled, have owned the enormous estate since 2013. They bought the home at the relatively low price of $15.85 million and have yet to actually live in it. Prior to the current owners taking hold of it, it was the property of entrepreneur and billionaire Tamir Sapir.
