Dome Home

The design of this house located at 1649 Lawrence Road in Delaware, Ohio, is interesting to say the least.

Referred to as the "dome home," the three-floor, single-family residence, which is apparently shaped like a dome, sits on an almost seven acres of land. A master suite, an island kitchen with eating area, a great room, a formal dining room, and a media room can be found on the house's first floor, while the second floor holds three bedrooms with spacious closets, and the third floor houses a cupola.

There is also a 2,100-square-foot basement and enough parking space to fit up to five cars. Other amenities included in the Ohio dome home, which is in close proximity to local elementary and high schools, are a two-zone heating and cooling system, mahogany floors, travertine and porcelain tiles, and granite counters.

Due to design and third-floor cupola, the residence receives an abundance of natural lighting and has great views.

This Ohio dome home was last sold almost a decade ago for $65,000, and is now on the market for $375,000.
