The New York apartment once belonging to Nathan Bogle, co-founder of high fashion brand, Rag & Bone, has a new owner.
The final asking price for the fifth-floor walk-up purchased by Bogle in 2002 is said to have been $1.58 million. He originally paid for $610,000 for the place he’s called home for over a decade.
The condo located in the Lower East Side, which also doubled as his personal showroom, has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Renovations took place during his time living there. The apartment’s kitchen received upgrades to its counters and cabinetry, and a new oven and refrigerator were added.
Following his departure from Rag & Bone, Bogle, who once worked on a farm in Spain, founded his own clothing line, Jardine, which focuses on menswear.
