When we heard Wayne Newton listed his property for $70M, the price sounded a bit steep. Then we found out that the property features eight homes, and it made a little more sense.
This stellar Las Vegas estate boasts 37 stables for the equestrian, a car museum (we’re guessing it may be more garage than museum, but to each his own), stellar jumbo jet and terminal, tennis court, pool and more.
Originally, the property was supposed to have been developed into a theme park named “Graceland West,” though legal disputes seem to have squashed the plan all together.
