Waldo Fernandez has sold many incredible estates, and this time he’s sold a three-bedroom Hollywood Hills villa to Red Hot Chili Peppers frontman Anthony Kiedis for $3.6M.
The home was designed in 1940, later underwent updates by the architect John Woolf and features hand-carved ceilings, a 10-foot limestone fireplace, spectacular dining room, several pools and immaculate gardens. Fernandez did his best to tone down the home’s Hollywood Regency vibes.
Now, we expect Kiedis will have his own additions to make...after all, he is a rockstar.
