Tom Cruise Lists West Village Townhouse for $28 Million

It seems that Tom Cruise is completely finished with life in the Big Apple. After selling his 10th-floor apartment in the American Felt Building for $3 million in February, the 50-year-old actor has reportedly listed his West Village townhouse for $28 million, according to Real Estalker. Located at 42 West 12th Street, the six-floor, 8,000-square-foot brownstone boasts seven working fireplaces, built-in surround sound, a Japanese soak tub and outdoor shower on the roof terrace, plus a landscaped patio off the master bedroom.
The property, built in 1860, was recently renovated by by architect Steven Harris.
