Katy Perry Lists Park Hill Compound for $6,925,000

Pop singer Katy Perry has listed her Park Hill compound in Los Angeles for $6.925 million. Though she has never lived in the home, Perry purchased it back in 2011 with her now ex-husband Russell Brand.

Located in the double-gated compound just above Laurel Canyon in West Hollywood, the three-story Spanish-style estate features 8,835 square feet of living space, seven bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, and sits on 3 acres of land. There are also extensively landscaped grounds, an outdoor patio and swimming pool.

The main residence has original architectural detailing, vintage fixtures, and a marble floored front foyer. The double-height living room is 45-feet long and has dark-stained wood floors, a wood ceiling and a large stone fireplace. Additional spaces in the home include a library with a fireplace, a media lounge, a large country kitchen with a snack counter and high-grade appliances, and a breakfast room with a vaulted ceiling.

There is also a two-story detached structure with a three-car garage, a music studio, and a caretaker’s apartment. A second guesthouse is located above the swimming pool, at the back of the main house.

Perry and Brand purchased the home in 2011 for $6.5 million from National Lampoon executive Daniel Laikin.
