Last month we announced the city's official approval of the Turnberry Ocean Club—a 649-foot tower set to make a splash in Sunny Isles' real estate market pool—and chatted with Turnberry Associates' president of residential development, Dan Riordan.

Here, we delve even deeper into the highly anticipated development—which will offer 154 residences ranging in price from over $4 million to over $35 million—by exploring its recently unveiled 30,000-square-foot private club: a state-of-the-art triplex set 333 feet above sea level. The exclusive club—the product of unique collaboration between Turnberry Associates and international architects Carlos Zapata and Robert Swedroe—will offer the luxury building's residents unparalleled service and amenities.

The Club's first floor—Level 30—not only offers picturesque views of the Atlantic, but also two infinity pools; four reflection pools; a duo of hydrotherapy spas; four day cabanas; a pool bar; and an outdoor theater. On the next floor, residents can enjoy exercising in an expansive indoor oceanfront gym, an open air outdoor oceanfront gym, and a Pilates and yoga studio, then wind down in the club's numerous saunas and steam rooms or spa, which has a built-in relaxation space and four treatment rooms. For those hoping to get pampered further, there's also a nail and blow dry salon available. The Club's uppermost floor provides space for indoor and outdoor private dining, along with the Sunset Lounge, indoor and outdoor bars, and a pet retreat.

Though construction on the tower is slated to start in October 2015 and end by 2018, Turnberry Associates will begin taking reservations next month.
