Robert F.X. Sillerman, founder of electronic dance conglomerate SFX Entertainment, is seeking to unload six stunning residences—located in Anguilla, Manhattan, and Southampton—for a staggering combined total of $107 million. Scroll down for our breakdown of this jaw-dropping portfolio:
ANGUILLA
Long Bay Sky Villas—listed at $21 million—is comprised of three distinct sparkling white villas perched atop the highest point in Tenemos, and inspired by the sky, sand, and sea. Each of the four-bedroom, four-bath residences has its own infinity pool with Jacuzzi, outdoor dining pavilion, and private access to beach, and a tennis court is shared by the three. Sillerman also plans on listing a much larger (roughly 37,000-square-foot) estate for $19.5 million.
SOUTHAMPTON, NY
Sitting majestically upon 3.5 acres on Meadow Lane, this stunning eight-bedroom, 12,800-square-foot oceanfront home has a price tag of $39 million.
NEW YORK, NY
This enormous Upper East Side home has an illustrious lineage, having been owned first by Condé Nast publisher S.I. Newhouse—who was responsible for the installation of a two-story bulletproof glass atrium—and the Russian arms dealer Dimitry Streshinsky. Its next owner was Sillerman, who put it on the market for $36 million last year, and is now offering it for $28 million.
