Sitting on .63 acres, the modern residence boasts clean lines, glass walls, and enormous two-story public spaces with different floor elevations that open to a pool, a spa, and several patios. The house has four bedrooms, five baths, a wine cellar, and a theater equipped with a 35mm projector.
