Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz are one step closer to officially leaving New York City. The couple recently found a buyer for their Soho penthouse, which they listed last March for $17.95 million and price-chopped in January to $15 million, reports Curbed. Located at 30 Crosby Street, the unit previously belonged to musician Lenny Kravitz. It features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, four powder rooms, a state-of-the-art gourmet eat-in kitchen, a walk-in butler’s pantry, a separate formal dining room, an expansive living room with fireplace and a library/media room surrounded by a private terrace.
Keys and Beatz recently purchased Eddie Murphy‘s mansion in New Jersey for approximately $15 million.
