One lucky buyer just took Penelope Cruz’s single-story So Cal mansion off her hands for significantly less than the actress purchased it for.
Cruz purchased the 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home above the Sunset Strip for $3.65 million in 2005. The final going price was $2.88 million.
Details of the majestic Balinese-style home include a spacious kitchen, even more expansive master suite and a maid’s room. The outside boasts a courtyard decked with fresh, tropical landscaping, a swimming pool and stunning views of LA.
Sources are taking the sale as a hint that Cruz and husband Javier Bardem, along with their 1-year-old son Leo, might be making the move back to their homeland of Spain.
