Integra Investments has recently declared plans to build "Sereno," a boutique bayfront residential set to sprout in the upscale town of Bay Harbor Islands, minutes from the chic fashion mecca of Bal Harbour.
Touting a name clearly meant to emulate its forthcoming vibe, "Sereno" will be lovingly planted steps from white sand beaches. Expected to house 40 units, the eight-story complex will aim to offer its residents the ultimate "laid-back luxury" lifestyle—a phrase that's apparently synonymous with "a truckload of amenities," given its laundry list of resort-like features.
On top of a state-of-the-art fitness center, the posh address will boast The Bay Club, a marina featuring kayaks, paddle boards, and boat services exclusively for residents... not to mention a cabana-dotted rooftop deck complete with a pool, outside movie theater, fire pit, and a lounge with a bar/grill.
Sereno's open-layout interiors—which will be outfitted by award-winning designer Steven G. of Interiors by Steven G.—will be graced with vivid blue and coral accents and Mediterranean-inspired detailing. The building's 1,100 to 2,300-square-foot homes—which will range in price from $700,000 to $2 million—will also showcase private elevator access.
Though their occupancy date is still two years away, Sereno's chic pads will go on sale in late July (read: any day now).
