Great Question - We ask Buyer's to create a list of the top 10 features in a home/property that are important to them and to then narrow that list down to the top 5 'must have's'. An example of a must have on the Sunshine Coast would be 'Expansive Ocean View'. or 'Walking Distance to the Beach' Once this list has been created we can then find properties that fulfill the criteria and narrow things down until we find exactly the right property the client had hoped to find.
