Leo DiCaprio, who just snagged a new bachelor pad in Greenwich Village, seems to be on a real estate shopping spree.
Just last month, the Hollywood star bought an $8 million pad next to a $4 million apartment he owns at the "green" 2 River Terrace in Battery Park City. His newest buy is a two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath condo on the fourth floor of the Delos building, located at 66 East 11th Street. The "WELL Certified" structure includes a number of luxe amenities including vitamin C-infused showers; purified air and water; a circulated aromatherapy air supply; posture-supportive heat reflexology flooring; and "dawn simulation," thanks to a circadian lighting design. The building also grants its residents access to a wellness concierge curated by Donna Karan's Urban Zen.
The actor is also permitted to park in a million-dollar parking spot, which comes with another one of the building's units: an 8,000-square-foot duplex penthouse, until the apartment finds an owner.
