Major League Baseball third baseman for the Texas Rangers Adrian Beltre has been looking for a buyer for his Bradbury, California mansion since 2010. According to the Real Estalker, the four-acre property has sold to to In-N-Out owner and heiress Lynsi Martinez.
Martinez, whose grandparents founded the exclusive burger chain in 1948, reportedly purchased the Mediteranean-style home for $17.4 million. The 16,000-square-foot mansion includes basketball and tennis courts, a small golf course, a putting green, a 1,300-square-foot pool cabana with its own kitchen, a tricked-out home gym, a 20-seat outdoor movie theater, and, naturally, a batting cage. The main house boasts 7 bedrooms, 11 full and 2 half bathrooms, curved twin staircases, an economy car-sized crystal chandelier, and a 35-foot high custom painted ceiling.
Beltre bought the property for $3.425 million in 2006 and listed it in 2010 for $19.8 million.
