Actress Mary-Louise Parker, who is known for playing a pot-dealing suburban single mother in the Showtime comedy-drama "Weeds," has placed her pre-war, two-floor New York City duplex apartment on the market for $7,000,000.
The apartment, located in Greenwich Village, is reportedly just under 3,000 square feet and has four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 26 windows (some with views of Washington Square Park and the Empire State Building), two wood-burning fireplaces and two private storage rooms. Additionally, the property boasts a recently refurbished laundry room; a master suite with a walk-in closet, hair and make-up nook, and a spa-style bathroom; and a S-shaped kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a built-in banquette and top-grade appliances. A monthly maintenance fee of $6,623 covers full-service building amenities including a doorman, elevator attendants, a live-in super and exclusive access to a resident's only fitness facility.
It has been reported that the Emmy winning actress first placed her property in March 2012 for an asking price of $7,995,000 and took it off the market in August, but not before dropping the price tag to $7,250,000.
