After over two years of work done by Handel Architects, developer Harry Macklowe's conversion of 737 Park Avenue is almost complete—except for the 5,772-square-foot penthouse being shopped around as a "white box," giving potential buyers the freedom to customize the space as they wish.
The gigantic home features an additional 6,028 square feet of outdoor space upon which Handel proposed a 34-foot-long rooftop serve as both a skylight and entrance to the sprawling rooftop deck.
