Located at 29 Flatbush Avenue, the building is smack dab in the middle of the bustling downtown neighborhood, and is right by the ever popular Fort Greene Park.
The 42-story building will provide its residents with a variety of amenities, including a fitness hub offering Bikram yoga; a library; a country kitchen for events; a sports bar; a game room; golf simulator spaces; a terrace equipped with a large-screen movie projector; barbecue stations poised on a wooden deck; a bike room; and a 135-parking garage.
