Designed and fully furnished by AD100 designer Charles Allem, accommodations consist of six bedrooms, which include two master bedrooms with built-in bars.
The 1,500-square-foot master bathroom, cladded in full-slab Calcutta Gold stonework and equipped with a high-tech intelligence system, includes a steam room and sauna, a hydrotherapy Jacuzzi tub, and a towel-warming wall.
A floating, cantilevered stone staircase ascends from the great room, where a chandelier with over 225 glittering glass pendants dangles from the ceiling.

Regalia was completed in 2014, however, the penthouse was held off the market for three years. It is the most expensive condo for sale in Sunny Isles and the second highest priced in Miami.
