An expected date of completion has been announced for the second half of 2016. While the deadline is far off, 65 percent of the residences have already sold less than a year after hitting the market. The tallest residential tower in Tribeca—and first downtown location for the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences—this over-the-top residence is one-of-a-kind, reflecting the recent trend towards upscale living in downtown Manhattan.
