A Hamptons compound, situated on 14-plus acres of beachfront, with an indoor pool and two putting greens, has been listed on the market for a jaw-dropping $150 million, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Separated into four parcels that include multiple houses, the Southampton property on Meadow Lane offers over 700 feet of ocean frontage across three lots––in addition to a bay front lot––with 360-degree views of the water.
One parcel, with the 12,000-square-foot main residence, built in the ‘90s, features eight bedrooms and an indoor pool.
Another 3-acre parcel consists of two shingle-style houses––one measuring about 2,000 square feet with an outdoor pool and the other measuring approximately 3,000 square feet with a tennis court.
On 5 acres, a third parcel contains two putting greens and two golf shacks, all built by the previous owner.
The fourth parcel features a roughly 2.5-acre vacant lot with water frontage on Shinnecock Bay.
It is unclear why the sellers are selling the property. They purchased the land from entertainment mogul, Robert F.X. Sillerman, in several transactions over the past several years, for about $114 million, according to public records. The owners’ intention was to demolish the existing structures and build a brand-new family compound, says listing agent, Harald Grant, of Sotheby’s International Realty.
