$100 Million CitySpire Penthouse Listed by Owner

Despite advice from real estate industry experts, Long Island-based real estate developer Steven Klar has re-listed his CitySpire penthouse for an astounding $100 million, reports Curbed.

Though the 8,000-square-foot triplex is quite impressive, various realtors claim that the unit does not warrant such an exorbitant price tag. Klar took the lavish unit off the market in February, but recently re-listed it at full price — without the aid of a broker.

Located at 150 West 56th street, the property boasts six bedrooms, nine baths, a private elevator, wine cellar, panoramic views of Central Park, separate maid quarters plus plenty of outdoor space.
