Designed to embody modern sophistication in Los Angeles, Mr. C Residences comprise five four-story, suite-style residences––ranging from 1,900 square feet to 3,358 square feet––one of which will be a temporary stay penthouse suite.

Dark-hued, open interiors are lined with glass windows and redwood and custom teak walls. Each unit is furnished by interior designer Marcello Pozzi, who also furnished the interiors of Mr. C Beverly Hills.

Furnishings include white leather sofas, Knoll and Paulistano chairs, stainless steel and limestone countertops, chrome coffee tables, a custom bar, mid-century-style lounge chairs, a California king bed with a floating platform and a floor-to-ceiling headboard, and Italian-made Ricca lights.

“After opening Mr. C Beverly Hills in 2011, we started to see an influx in long-term stays, especially among high-net-worth individuals traveling from the East Coast and internationally," says project developer Bob Ghassemieh. "For owners looking for a second home or a place to call their own during trips to Los Angeles, we wanted to create unique, one-of-a-kind residences by bringing together a celebrated designer and architect, while continuing to showcase the renowned hospitality of the Cipriani family."

The project, conceived by fourth generation Cipriani brothers Ignazio Cipriani and Maggio Cipriani of Mr. C Beverly Hills, was designed by award-winning California architect Ray Kappe, now 89 years old, who founded the Southern California Institute of Architecture in downtown Los Angeles.

Residents of Mr C. have privileged access to the hotel’s white glove services and amenities. Owners also have the option to allow the hotel to rent out their home on a revenue share agreement.
