Lauren Conrad, the former reality star turned entrepreneur, can add real estate mogul to her ever-expanding list of ventures. The author, fashion designer, and well-known blogger has purchased her fourth property, a $4.4 million home in Pacific Palisades, California.
She'll share the 5,871-square-foot, Mediterranean-style residence—which rests on just over an acre of land—with her musician hubby of one year, William Tell.
Abundant in character, this secluded property boasts stunning details such as wide-plank wood floors, exposed beams, charming archways, and a stone fireplace. Dual patios, accompanied by a large pool, spa, and waterfall make the perfect outdoor space for entertaining—and with five bedroom suites, perhaps the amicable couple will even play host to a few overnight guests.
Conrad’s most recent purchase comes a year and a half after buying an $8.5 million oceanfront home in Laguna Beach, and just over two years after her $3.7 million investment in a Brentwood home. She also owns a penthouse condo in Beverly Hills.
