The country’s most expensive home ever has just been listed with an exorbitant price tag of $250 million, according to a press release.
Nicknamed the “Eighth Wonder of the World,” the 55,000-square-foot, brand-new construction, located at 924 Bel Air Road in Bel Air, California, comes with a $30 million car collection, a full-time seven-person staff, and much more.
The “Spelling Mansion,” listed with a price tag of $200 million, is the second most expensive listing in L.A.

The high-end developer has been dubbed the “Spec King” for going above and beyond with his exceptionally-designed properties, including his Beverly Hills home that sold in early 2015 for a record-breaking $70 million.
As intended by Makowsky, this mega-mansion, with 35,000 square feet of interior space, an additional 17,000 square feet of entertainment decks, and two 5,0000-foot driveways, was designed as a playground for the elite.
