The future First Daughter Ivanka Trump, her husband businessman Jared Kushner, and there three children are moving to a new home in Washington, D.C., following President-elect Donald Trump’s win, according to Washingtonian.
Located within the Kalorama neighborhood, where the Obamas will also be living, the Trump-Kushner family’s 1923-built, colonial-style house, as described by Zillow, was sold for $5.5 million on Dec. 22. It is unclear, though, whether they have purchased the property or will be renting from an owner.
Previously owned by Dan K. Rapaport and his wife Irina, according to property records, the 6,870-square-foot, six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house has a gourmet kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, five wood-burning fireplaces, and a charming garden. The master suite is designed with two walk-in closets, an elegant bathroom with a soaking tub, and a deck overlooking the garden.
