Chilean Designer Juan Pablo Molyneux Lists New York Townhouse for $48 Mil

Interior designer Juan Pablo Molyneux has listed his New York townhouse.

The 15-room, five-bedroom, seven-bath property on 69th Street has been listed for $48 million. It is situated between Madison and Park Avenues. Molyneux has reportedly owned the home since 1990.

The colossal six-story home includes a rooftop pool, a gym, spa and staff accommodations. It also has four separate outdoor areas including a garden.

Molyneux has offered his won touch to the home. It features marble floors and gold upholstery. The designer has worked on homes around the world including South America, Europe, the Middle East and here in the US.

The townhouse is the ninth most expensive listing in New York this year.
