Having been born and raised in Westfield––other than my four years away from home for college––I have only known living here.

I think one of the greatest testaments to how nice of a place Westfield is to live is the large number of friends who move back to town to raise their children.

It is a beautiful town with nice parks; tree-lined streets; an award-winning, quaint downtown; and great schools with easy access to New York City, Newark International Airport, and the beautiful beaches of the Jersey Shore.

The housing stock is a nice mix of architecture that includes turn-of-the-century Victorians, affordable Cape Cods, classic 1920s Colonials, and recently, a wave of new construction.

Walkabilty to downtown, schools, and the train station is very important to our millennial buyers. New developments in and around the town and train station are catering to those buyers, as well as to many who no longer need their larger homes but still want to live in this beautiful town.
