That property was later remodeled in the 1980s and thereafter by the Hoverstein’s. The home was eventually purchased in 2007 by my clients, and I sold it for them in 2014. The Buyer’s interest was lead by Scott Turnipseed, a local renowned architect. His team learned of the unique lot that was available to purchase and swung into action. They spent several hours on site coming up with the vision for the current redevelopment plan. Scott’s vision includes taking advantage of every single opportunity the land and location was destined for.
