The Century Plaza Hotel and Residences is underway in Century City, California, and there could not be more excitement, as was seen at the Unveiling Event, which was held January 19. The event was attended by the city’s real estate dignitaries, VIP government officials, top Hollywood talent, and influencers from every possible industry.

Century Plaza

This $2.5 billion luxury project will include a 400-key, five-star Fairmont Hotel and 63 residences; as well as will feature a 23-foot-tall sculptural head by celebrated Spanish artist Jaume Plensa in the public plaza.

The hotel will be flanked by two 46-story residential towers designed by Pei Cobb Freed. The condos will be the most elegant condominium homes ever built in Los Angeles. Trend-setting boutiques, a public outdoor garden space designed by Rios Clemnti Hale Studios, and restaurants will fill the plazas and streetscape, making this the Westside’s most walkable neighborhood.

Just across the street there are hundreds of boutiques that offer retail therapy in this car-free zone. Century Plaza, steps from Beverly Hills and Rodeo Drive, retakes the throne as Los Angeles’ most vibrant, pedestrian-friendly neighborhood.
