Haute Residence Partner, Eliad Beno Sells Iconic Porsche Tower Residence

In a time when real estate mavens caution of a sales slowdown in South Florida, luxury realtor, Eliad Beno clinched a deal on a stunning residence in one of Miami’s most prestigious residential towers.

The 4,154-square-feet home sprawls on the 39th floor of the iconic Porsche Tower in Sunny Isles Beach and sold for $4 million, below the original price tag, Beno said.

“While we have seen in recent months a few of these ‘isolated’ cases where ultra-luxury condos have been sold for significantly less than asking,” said Beno, realtor with Miles Goldstein Real Estate, “this sale could be another sign of things to come in the Miami ultra-luxury condo market, especially in and around Sunny Isles, where I have personally been involved in a handful of transactions where units have traded hands at well-below asking prices.”

The price might have been pared, but the Porsche Tower amenities remain second to none. The 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home boasts a slew of trend-setting features that create a true sense of opulence amid the stunning views of the Atlantic ocean.

“There are many things that make this building and this unit spectacular,” Beno said. “This building is the only one today with a car elevator that allows you to park your car in the two-car garage attached to your unit.”

Although the sleek outdoor kitchen and the 12-person plunge pool command attention and create the perfect space for entertainment, the robotic car elevator is Beno’s favorite feature of the abode.

“Where else in Miami can you drive home,” he said, “and not have to get out of your car until you arrive in your unit on the 39th floor!”

The residence also comes with a high-end restaurant where the owner enjoys access to a private wine locker as well as concierge services, a lounge bar, private beach, spa, gym, yoga center, virtual golf and several theater rooms.

“All of this while living on the 39th floor,” Beno said.
