When is the best time to list a home and why?

Early spring...you capture the biggest buyer pool before everyone else hits the market.  Once summer rolls around, people have already made plans for their vacations and the next school year.

What are you/your company’s goals for the New Year?

Obviously to sell more homes then we did last year, but to maintain the highest level of customer service and satisfaction as possible.

How will they set you apart from the competition? 

There is no other agent in my market that handles the number of listings that I do.  My office has a huge portion of the market share, so we not only get our sellers top dollar, but we also are able to get our buyers into homes before the competition and often sell them before they ever hit the market.  With inventory so low, there is nothing more valuable right now!
