In the Westfield area we have a nice mix of families. Many residents have lived here their entire lives, raised their families, and decided to stay in town–sometimes in the same home that they bought 30 or 40 years ago.

We also have a large mix of young families with children. There are tons of things to do for every family. We have Halloween Parades and a spring and fall festivals with activities like rides and face painting. We also have Jazz Nights during the summer, concerts in the park and an award-winning symphony.

The liquor license law in Westfield recently changed, and there are now several great spots to grab a drink. Sweet Waters offers a quaint bar; Ferraros also offers a place to meet for a drink. There is Prospect 16 if you want to listen to music, Rooster Spin for some DJ sounds, and The Office, a classic bar perfect for watching sports games. When it opens soon, Addams Tavern will be a more formal place to pull your stool up to the bar.
