The residential crowd is made up of… very distinct neighborhoods each with its own personality. Nashville has such a variety of neighborhoods that everyone will feel at home.

The community vibe is… friendly and exciting with great music and restaurants. It is balanced with beautiful opportunities for family life with great school options and many outdoor activities.

The lifestyle offered is… relaxed but not short on sophistication. The city has a strong commitment to the arts beyond just music. We also have professional sports. What my clients and friends enjoy is that everything is easy in terms of short commutes, low-cost of living, and meeting new people. These factors mean you have more opportunities to get out and take advantage of what the city has to offer.

The most popular building type you’ll find is… a single-family home. Nashville also has many Class A high-rises in the core of the city.

The average home price is… up to you! Luxury properties frequently range from $1.5 million to $3 million. Condos range from $300,000 to $2,000,000. Special properties are more, of course!

The area’s greatest highlight is… its diversity and energy, and the kindness of Nashvillians. Residents young and old know we all share an amazing place!

The area’s best driving-distance getaways are… numerous. Highlights would include amazing state parks with rivers, lakes, and numerous trails for hiking, biking, or watersports. We are an easy drive to Atlanta; Charleston; Rosemary Beach, Florida; Chicago; and Lexington, Kentucky to name a few.

The best spot to dine fancy is… The Catbird Seat.

The best spot to find entertainment is… everywhere, every night! This is Music City. Great things are going on in the smallest of places all of the time.

The best spot to go shopping is… around the small boutiques that have popped up in 12th South, or Germantown, or Green Hills, for the luxury brand names found everywhere.

The best place to tee off is… The Golf Club of Tennessee. Private clubs remain fairly reasonable in comparison to other cities, and there are many from which you can choose. Not to be overlooked are the numerous public golf courses located within the city limits. You will never feel like you are living within a concrete jungle in Nashville. It’s beautiful! And it’s easy to leave work to hit some balls on the driving range before dinner.
