When is the best time to list a home and why?
Although there’s never a bad time to list a home in Florida, our “season” begins in December and runs through April. This is a good time to list your home for sale due to the influx of winter residents and visitors to Vero Beach at that time of the year. I suggest listing your home in December to get the most impact throughout the season.
What are you/your company’s goals for the New Year?
We are so fortunate to have had a banner year in 2013. We are once again the leaders in the real estate market in Vero Beach with the most overall listings and sales transactions on the Barrier Island from January 1st through December 31st. Our goals for 2014 are to continue that trend and meet or exceed our previous year’s sales figures. Of course, you can only be number one in sales if you are number one in customer service, so one of our priorities in 2014 is to continue to provide our clients with superior service.
