Smart buyers will always choose Hawaii for its climate, beauty and save investment. smaller homes are well received, great amenities as well.
Is there a push for vertical living in Hawaii or is it still horizontal based?
Both but for different buyers and their needs.
What do you recommend to homebuyers looking to invest in Hawaii as we head into 2019?
We may see a softening in pricing but the triple AAA properties will always appreciate, it's a supply and demand thing and there is only so much great stuff.
