Daniel Matusiak and Andrew Vac are pleased and proud to announce the formation of the Matusiak/Vac Real Estate Group under the Action Realty of Sarasota brokerage company. Andrew was licensed in 1987 and Daniel was licensed in 1983, both bringing a combined 60 years of professional service and real estate experience. They both worked together previously with Homelife Realty––based out of Canada––in the early 1990s. As both of their careers boomed, they went their separate ways and now have reunited to work together again with the Matusiak/Vac Real Estate Group.
This joint effort will strengthen the local, national, and international network and client base with one focus: professional customer service. Their dedication, work ethic, and creative marketing strategies are a primary asset for future clients. Daniel Matusiak is a luxury real estate consultant and specializes in luxury properties on Casey Key, Siesta Key and in Sarasota and Manatee counties. Andrew Vac is a broker/associate and real estate consultant specializing on Longboat Key, Lido Key, and Saint Armand's Circle. Both Daniel and Andrew also work the downtown areas and the golf course communities in both counties.
