Tanya E. Delahoz can be considered a real estate expert on all the latest happenings and developments in Breckenridge. Whether Delahoz is informing her clients on where the best ski slopes are or where the chicest shops are, the one thing she consistently provides is exceptional service matched with an inviting persona. Delahoz sat down with Haute Residence to discuss how she got started in real estate, and the most popular spots to visit in Breckenridge.
How did you get started in real estate?
I initially got started in real estate by managing long term rental investment partners for out of town owners. The transitioning to helping those tenants become property owners and owners sell their Breckenridge properties was a natural next step for me in my business.
What sets you apart from the competition?
My brokerage is known for its high touch, white glove service level. We aid the sellers and buyers every step of the way through the contract process and our servicing continues after the ink is dry on closing papers.
Describe the quality and style of life in Breckenridge?
Residents and guests love the outdoor lifestyle of Breckenridge. We hike, snowshoe, ski and play in the snow all winter. Snow and cold temperatures do not keep us inside! We transition to biking, kayaking and camping in the warmer months. The quality of life is excellent! People are healthy and thrive living at a high altitude.
What are the most popular dining, drinking, and shopping spots in your area?
Main Street in Breckenridge is filled with boutiques, coffee shops and excellent restaurants. My favorite place is a shop for clothes is Beloved on Main Street and you’ll always find me with a cheese plate and a glass of wine at Belle V.
Aside from Breckenridge, what other cities would you be interested in selling real estate in?
Summit County is comprised of Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne and Copper. I will service clients all throughout our county.
