Undersea Restaurant Ithaa Turns Bedroom

Ithaa

Conrad Maldives Rangali Island opened the first undersea restaurant, Ithaa, in the Indian Ocean over five years ago, and since then it’s popularity has grown exponentially. Resting 16 feet below sea level, the restaurant boasts a transparent acrylic ceiling for visitors to view the vibrant surrounding coral reef. The restaurant offers a 270° view and was designed and constructed by M.J. Murphy Ltd., based in New Zealand.

To celebrate Ithaa's anniversary, it is transformed into a hotel bedroom for two lucky luxury guests to enjoy. Yes, it’s expensive…but well worth it!
