The Taipei Nangang High-Tech District Office Tower is a new proposal for Taipei, Taiwan designed by Andy Wen and architecture firm Aedas. This new design offers 18 floors of luxury office space, LEED Gold Certification, environmentally friendly materials and an incredibly eye-catching facade.
The building will potentially located near the Jilong River, and it boasts a rounded, glass-paneled silhouette and stunning outdoor balconies with incredible city views. Within the building, employees will enjoy communal areas such as coffee shops, kitchens, libraries and conference spaces.
Other notable design elements nuclide a ‘breathable building envelope’ that will help with temperature control.
