Luxury Apartments in Extell One57 Sell Around $50M

One57, an apartment by Extell, boasts glittery accents and streamlined designs. By all means, it should look a little guilded…this ambitious and incredibly expensive building features apartments ranging up to $90M for the luxury buyer. Exceptional views make this building a new statement in New York, and buyers like Silas Chou (who purchased a unit for around $50M) and a group of hedge fund executives (including William Ackman) are just a few examples of the luxury culture this building will have upon opening.

As we said before, each apartment features custom detailing, fine natural finishes, and incredible central park views seen through massive glass walls. With multi-million dollar price tags, we assume customers will have a lot to do with the design of their own individual apartments, but luxurious modern designs will come standard.

According to The Wall Street Journal, around 70% of the building’s units have already sold.
