Beach Enclave Long Bay
Located on the southeastern edge of Providenciales, Beach Enclave Long Bay is the island’s premier spot to kiteboard or simply watch and enjoy the action from the comfort of your own private home. Ideally positioned to take maximum advantage of the island’s gentle trade winds and sea views, this gated, beachfront community features a carefully curated collection of luxurious accommodations. Ranging from 7,800 to 8,100 square feet, the five- to seven-bedroom villas are surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation, ensuring both privacy and a picture-perfect backdrop for family get-togethers and larger gatherings. For a more intimate setting, Beach Enclave Long Bay is also home to four two-bedroom Beach Houses, each encompassing 3,640 square feet of space. Under development now, The Club at Beach Enclave Long Bay will be the first true boutique, luxury, beachfront resort in Turks and Caicos and will add new one- to three-bedroom Club Residences to this exclusive collection. Beach Enclave North Shore
Centrally located yet far removed from the island’s more populated beaches, Beach Enclave North Shore is one of Providenciales’ most exclusive and virtually private, white-sand beaches. Ranging from 6,500 to 7,700 square feet, the four- to five-bedroom villas are tucked within an exquisite ten-acre beachfront enclave.
Coming soon, Phase Two of Beach Enclave North Shore will include 10 two- to four-bedroom luxury Beach Houses. Nestled in a private, 10-acre enclave, these freestanding, two-story homes will sit atop an impressive cliff, featuring elevated views of the ocean and reef barrier with access made to an essentially private, serene beach. The Beach Houses will range in size from 2,900 square feet for a two-bedroom to 4,800 square feet for a four-bedroom. This second phase will also feature a sophisticated Club Lounge with a fitness center, a yoga deck, a bar and a chic beach lounge.

Beach Enclave Grace Bay
Located on the most magnificent stretch of world-renowned Grace Bay Beach is Beach Enclave’s newest destination of distinction: Beach Enclave Grace Bay. Spanning 6,300 to 10,000 square feet, each of the nine four- to six-bedroom beachfront and ocean-view villas are situated on one full acre of manicured and native gardens, for the utmost space and privacy.
Access is made through a gated private drive, flanked by the reception from which two internal roads lead to each villa. A one-and-a-half-acre Dune Garden stands at the heart of the property, which additionally features an open-air yoga pavilion and a discrete Beach Club for attentive, personalized service. Amenities include in-villa spa services, a fitness center, a kids’ club, an in-house water sports program and basketball, tennis and bocce ball courts.

Vasco Borges, CEO of Beach Enclave
Vasco Borges has 20+ years of experience in luxury branding, real estate development and hospitality. Prior to Beach Enclave, Vasco worked as CFO for Grace Bay Resorts where he was instrumental in the development and opening of the Estates at Grace Bay Club, and led construction completion and opening of the Veranda Resort & Residences, later sold to Sandals Group for a TCI record price. He also worked seven years at McKinsey & Company, as a consultant and project manager in the Luxury Goods and Private Equity practices across Europe, South America and Asia; and as Brand Manager at Danone.
Vasco speaks four languages fluently and has lived in five countries across four continents.
